We expected a nightmare process when we learned that our triple net lease income property in CA was being taken by eminent domain. Thankfully, we chose Rob Stack to represent us. The process took years with stops and starts that were not under our control. Rob was paid on commission but gave us all the time when needed whenever we needed it to talk through the process and get our questions answered. He allowed us to engage and influence his strategies, keeping our best interests first at all times. We owned a commercial building and business. Our real estate and business were under attack from an entity much larger than us. We used the Law Offices of Robert A. Stack for our case and received an exceptional result. It seemed as though the opposing attorneys’ strategy was blocked in advance. Mr. Stack was thorough.
