I have know Mr. Mizell for years as I was a Judicial Asst. to a Circuit Judge and then Appellate. Honest, truthful and all the accolades one can give, love this wonderful man. Did my Will and hopefully more legal documents in the future. His entire office is professional and trustworthy.

Hired Attorney John B. Mizell

John Mizell has been our attorney for 30+ years. In our opinion there is no better in this profession. He has all of the professional abilities (he has provided the services of both trust & estate and real estate)one would hope for but above that he is the most humble, kind, and helpful individual in a profession where unfortunately this appears to be lacking. He genuinely cares for us and any issue we have presented to him.

Hired Attorney Tina Mays

Very much appreciate working with Tina, a professional in estate planning, wills, trusts, estates, probate and trust administration. In the many clients we have worked together, she is invaluable dealing with complex and unique issues. She answers my many questions, no matter how trivial (even late in the business day well after five and on the weekends!). I highly recommend Tina Mays for anyone looking for an attorney who is straightforward, honest and very professional.

Hired Law Firm

Not careful in producing documents. I had to proofread and correct. Obviously used "Word" type computer tool to generate documents and failed to change family name in a few places so my will read "Smith" in places where it should have said "Jones." Also, I got the feeling that the attorney wasn't very busy so our discussions took longer than necessary to increase bill.

Hired Law Firm

When I bought lots for building house, seller chose this lawyers firm for title search and closing. However, the title search performed by this law firm was missed an important deed and it took few months to clean the tile after closing. I do not recommend this firm for any more title search and closing.

As Closing Agent in 10/19, we issued title insurance that an underwriter in 12/19 raised a debatable issue. We immediately responded & corrected the title issue at our cost by 1/3/20. While we regret the Buyer's experience, we did our best to act promptly.
