What can I do if I feel I have been discriminated against by the Boy Scouts of America?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
I doubt very much that you have been discriminated against. It is possible, though unlikely, that you have simply encountered one or several individuals that do not understand you and you need to find a different troop to sign up with. See if you can schedule a visit with your local BSA counsel to discuss your concerns. If they are agreeable, do not accuse, do not talk in terms of generalities or conclusions, simply state what has happened, the involvement you would like to have with the BSA and how you believe you would be an asset to the organization.

How do I approach this incapable dentist and charge him for dental negligence?

Dental malpractice cases are always difficult to prove, as well as expensive and time consuming. You will have to be able to prove a failure to adhere to accepted practice, and resulting injury as well, and expert witness testimony is required for that reason. In order to be able to pursue the matter, the consequences would have to be severe enough to merit a substantial enough recovery to justify the time and expense.

Shouldn't it be the neurosurgeon's responsibility or even the hospital's responsibility to find a new doctor?

Personal Injury lawyer at Black, Lyle & Habberfield, LLP
No. Find your own doctor. Sorry to give you this news. They should at least be able to recommend someone for you if they won't refer you. Try talking to a patient advocate at the hospital, they may be able to help. If not, get on Google and start looking around.
