Is there anything I can I do so that the school won't kick out a student until the remainder of the school year?

Mark Joseph Leonardo

Most schools have a no tolerance policy on such conduct. You might get an attorney to make some threats to the school, assuming there is a basis to do so, and perhaps negotiate more favorable terms.

What do I do if asked to move out in seven days from a room I have been renting in a private home?

Do you have a written lease agreement? If so, that rules. Otherwise, the landlord has to give you a notice of more than 30 days from the end of the next rental period. Same with you: you have to give more than 30 days notice before the end of the next rental period that you are moving out. You cannot withhold rent, but you can make a claim for abatement. You can sue for personal injury if you can prove that the spraying was improper and that it caused the damages that you claim.

Could I sue my insurance company because the accident was not my fault?

William Enoch Andrews

Good day. If the car accident in which you got injured was not your fault but the fault of another driver, then, the car insurance company of that other person should pay for your medical bills, pain and suffering from your injuries, lost wages, etc. If, however, the person that hit you did not have car insurance then you should be able to make a claim with your own car insurance company. Call my injury law firm to talk with me about your potential case in a free consultation. Good luck to you and your family during this challenging time. Have a great day.
