Cant make any sense of this question but I dont think you will have any luck suing a school board for behavior of your child.

If he said I was threaten on him am I get in any trouble or he is the one who will get in trouble from harassment and kiss all over my body?

Richard B. Jacobson
Answered by attorney Richard B. Jacobson (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Richard B. Jacobson Associates, LLC
There is a lot of detail in your question, but it is not entirely clear. I think you would want to seek an Injunction based on his harassment of you. The clerk of court in your county may have forms for you to fill out, but be ready to make a statement that is clear and lucid and briefly states what repeated things he has done to stalk or otherwise bother you which have no legitimate reason. Good Luck

Three times isn't going to make the justice system go easy on you. In the future, color within the lines. I understand the desire to work and commend you for it but, you must play by the rules. Pay your debt and move on with life and for heavens sake. Drive carefully!
