I would have to know the details and reasons. Some discipline, including corporal punishment, is reasonable and sometimes necessary. You can discuss this with an attorney, school counselor or DSS worker.

If my child is burnt at a restaurant on a hot plate can I sue for the cost of the hospital bills?

Not only should you sue for the hospital bills, but her pain and suffering as well. Putting a hot plate in front of a 7-month old is patent negligence.

What can I do if a doctor committed malpractice?

Paul L. Whitfield

You have a malpractice case only if you have a medical doctor who says so in writing and also says he will testify for you. also the statute of limitations is 3 years. I don't know how you will deal with anything 11 years old
