Not having your rights read to you only means that anything you said to them is inadmissible in the case against you.

Do I need an attorney if I was given the wrong prescription medication?

I am handling a case like this now. However, you were lucky that it was caught so soon and while you experienced some discomfort, it does not appear your damages are large enough to warrant a law suit. You should try to get whatever you can from the pharmacy or its insurance company as compensation. I cannot comment on the papers you refer to as you did not say what information they seek.

Is the doctor at fault for not getting me help after a fall in her office?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
The key word here is "after". She's at fault if she caused you to fall, what happened afterwards makes no difference because the injury had already occurred. Now, the real question is: why did the stool slid out from under you while you were putting your socks on? Metal feet on a linoleum or tile floor? I've seen this happen before. She provided you an unsafe place for you to get dressed, and that's why she should be held liable.
