You can submit them to the health insurer and see what happens. You are entitled to "double dip" (ie: collect the same bills from both the health insurer and the No Fault insurer) IF your health coverage doesn't exclude motor vehicle collision bills AND your PIP medical coverage was "full benefits".

I don't know about "filing a case" I assume you mean a warrant is being issued. If it happened as you say they would be guilty of strong armed robbery and ought to be in prison you might sue them and the owner of the club. Problem is there is no insurance against this sort of thing and you might get a judgment you cant collect. See a good lawyer in your county.
