What can I do if my boyfriend was sued for an accident but I was the one driving his car?

This is for the insurance company to deal with, not you. that is what insurance is for. Your boyfriend is liable for your operation if you did it with his permission.

I do not understand your question, if you're saying that your former employer/club is continuing to advertise that you are there on Thursdays, you should ask them to stop doing so, and if you do not you can certainly take them to court, your main problem is that the cost of doing so may be significantly greater than your gain.

Yes, for the otherwise unnecessary medical expenses, his additional medical problems and the cost of the defective hamburger and his pain and suffering. It is a valid claim, but will not be equivalent to winning the lottery.
