Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Westberry is the consummate professional and yet he maintains a friendly attitude. I have never seen anyone think as quickly and speak as eloquently as Mr. Westberry. He was my rock to lean on and cheered me up and completely changed the way I thought about lawyers. He went by the book and saw what had been done to me (wrongful termination and ADA violations) and worked tirelessly to prove my innocence. He is a honorable man.
I had a horrendous experience with my then attorney Richard John Westberry and now the law office clayton and conners. in my opinion I was misrepresented and felt like my then attorney did more for the defendant then me as a client. I was promise a settlement then a dismissal with prejudice was done without my knowlege . I have asked for mu documents that I am entitled to as a client yet I get no response.
Poor communication. Poorly organized. Each time I visited him, there were no updated document in my file. I have to provide him the updated document for him to copy. When I mentioned that I am not satisfied with his service and indicated that I will mention his poor service in the internet survey, he got very angry with me and threatened me that he will sue me despite me being his client. Very unprofessional conduct. Would not recommend him to anyone. Will never obtain his service ever again.
