Alan was such a wonderful attorney. He represented my 76 year old mother suffering from stage 4 cancer. Most cases are dragged out for years. Alan took care of all my mother's needs and concerns and settled her case in such a timely manner. It won't bring back her life as she once knew it but it is making her very comfortable. Alan has such a great sense of humor and he seemed to really care about my mother Fran. I would recommend Alan. The whole law firm is wonderful!
Another sleazy ambulance chaser. Uses plantiff as means for fees. Was very responsive (wanted to meet at my place on weekend) before signing agreement to be represented. Later dealings was with bad clerks and paralegal. Was abusive
Filed suit before making initial demand to insurance without my authorisation to increase his fees. Came unprepared for deposition (did not even know my doctor's name). Used wrong no. (30% less) for medical expenses and forgot loss of income. Forced to settle after
