Founded in 1998, the Law Offices of Michelle M. Delgado, P.C. offers a complete range of legal services to facilitate the sympathetic and personal handling of all matters pertaining to matrimonial and family law, including but not limited to: Negotiation / Settlement of Divorce, Equitable Distribution of Marital Assets, Separation / Marital Agreements, Child Custody, Child Support, Spousal Support / Maintenance, and Visitation. Since 1994, Ms. Delgado has litigated and tried cases before the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and the Family Court of the State of New York. In countless instances, she has obtained favorable results for her clients.The Law Offices of Michelle M. Delgado, P.C. has the experience and resources necessary to ascertain the appropriateness and usage of appraisers, neutral evaluators, clinical psychologists, and/or forensic accountants, to obtain a fair result for our clients. The firm is prepared to handle any issue in a family law and matrimonial / divorce action. Hired Attorney Michelle M. Delgado

This lawyer came highly recommended by a colleague. Working with her was a great experience. Given my busy work schedule, I needed someone who was understanding and easy to work with. She made the process very manageable by keeping we well informed and being flexible with coordinating meeting times. We were also able to communicate via text and email. From day one, I had a lot of confidence in her and valued the advice given which helped us reach a settlement. Overall, I was thrilled with the representation I received.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
