We also draft and negotiate prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements on behalf of our clients. We represent individuals and their spouses across a broad spectrum of industries and professions, including finance, real estate, entertainment, law, and medicine, and bring the same level of focused and devoted effort to all our clients. We have extensive expertise representing high net worth individuals and their spouses. Our cases routinely involve complex financial, valuation, and tax issues relating to the parties' assets (which may include professional practices, closely-held businesses, real estate, trusts, foreign holdings, private equity and hedge funds, limited partnerships and LLC interests, stock options, restricted stocks or other forms of deferred compensation).
We also regularly team with business valuation experts, financial experts, and forensic accountants in matters where sophisticated and specialized valuation issues or compensation structures may exist.
Our lawyers also have extensive experience representing clients in complex and emotionally charged custody disputes. When it is advantageous for our client, we team with mental health professionals, social workers, and parenting coordinators in connection with such matters.
