I reached out to Attorney Chadwell by email from another state when I thought I might need a lawyer for a tenant/landlord issue my daughter was facing in her area. She responded very quickly and asked for a little more detail about the situation. After receiving it she replied (again, very promptly) and provided excellent, realistic counsel--the strengths and weaknesses of our argument, the possible costs and outcomes if legal action were to be pursued, etc. It ended up it probably wasn't going to be financially worth it to involve a lawyer, so we didn't. I sure felt better having made that decision based on solid counsel from a knowledgeable professional.
