Mr. Valenti is a general practice attorney with over thirty years of legal experience concentrating in general litigation, commercial law, construction law and litigation, and labor and employment law, with additional experience in various other practice areas, including plaintiff’s personal injury, intellectual property, corporate law, family law, and municipal law. Experienced and skilled in all aspects of litigation, arbitration, and appellate practice. Legal background also includes serving as the municipal attorney for the governing body and/or land use board in several municipalities, providing legal advice and the handling of various litigation to and on behalf of the municipalities.
Commercial litigation experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in labor and employment related litigation in civil actions and arbitrations before courts, administrative agencies, and arbitrators; representing companies and individuals in contract, commercial, real estate, and construction-related disputes before both courts and arbitrators. Personal injury experience includes representing plaintiffs in various personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and complex railroad crossing litigation involving complex liability and federal pre-emption issues.
