Schatzman & Schatzman, P.A. was formed August 1, 1996, by Arnold D. Schatzman and Jeffrey N. Schatzman. Arnold Schatzman has practiced law in South Florida since his admission to the Florida Bar in 1964. Prior to forming Schatzman & Schatzman, P.A. Arnold Schatzman was the managing partner of Schatzman & Shupack, P.A., where he and the firm concentrated in the areas of general and commercial litigation, bankruptcy, zoning and commercial and leasing transactions. Previously, Arnold Schatzman was a managing partner of the firm of Britton, Schantz and Schatzman, a commercial, bankruptcy, litigation and banking firm.
Jeffrey N. Schatzman was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989 and has practiced law in South Florida since that time. Jeffrey Schatzman began his career at the bankruptcy boutique firm of Schantz, Schatzman & Aaronson, P.A. Five years later, he formed the law firm of Jeffrey N. Schatzman, P.A., where he practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial and retail collections, litigation and commercial transactions.
Between Arnold Schatzman's and Jeffrey Schatzman's combined disciplines, Schatzman & Schatzman, P.A. serves its clients primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, as well as general litigation matters, Debtor, Creditor and Trustee bankruptcy representation in large, small and complicated bankruptcy cases, commercial and retail collections, commercial and leasing transactions and real estate. The firm also has a background in eminent domain, ad valorem tax matters and zoning. The firm's litigation practice includes representation at both the trial and appellate levels.
