Hired Law Firm

The lawyer got in a shouting match with the admin handling my case. Also, the clerk handling the case mishandled the paperwork. Both of these resulted in my very simple bankruptcy taking much longer than it should have; I was lucky that it went through at all, and it only did so because after the initial screw-ups, I kept an extra close eye on the proceedings and made sure nothing else was missed.

Antagonistic and I some times worried if he was purposely inflating billable hours for simple tasks. Hostile to clerk in Court and volatile. Would not recommend.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
