Hired Attorney Philip Moffitt

Philip Moffitt did an excellent job handling my traffic case. He was clear, responsive, and knew exactly how to navigate the court process. Thanks to his work, my speeding ticket was dismissed and the overall outcome was far better than expected. Everything was handled efficiently with minimal stress on my end. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a knowledgeable and reliable attorney.

Hired Attorney Philip Moffitt

I contacted Philip Moffitt regarding a speeding ticket that I received while driving through Lawtey, Fl., a nationally known "speed trap". He agreed to take the case for a very reasonable fee. I am an attorney in New York State and I have familiarity with this type of representation and I was somewhat anxious about hiring an attorney by phone and who I never met, but his reviews were great. I can now state that Philip was trustworthy, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend him without hesitation.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
