Probably the fastest way is to apply for citizenship, than petition for her. Speak with an attorney. For a free consultation you may contact my office.

Will I be reported by the immigration if I lost my F1 visa status two months ago?

Immigration lawyer at Francis John Cowhig
Your school will notify USCIS that you are no longer in status. ICE may or may not come looking for you in order to place you in removal proceedings. The fact that your girlfriend is pregnant will not be a reason to allow you to stay in the U.S. Your only options appear to be to either reacquire your F-1 status or marry your girlfriend and have her petition you for permanent residency.

Identity theft?

Answered by attorney Jennifer Maude Oltarsh

I do not see how that is relevant. I have been practicing for over 15 years. Our immigration law firm has been in the immigration field for more than 45 years. We have handled cases with experience, integrity, and good effect. We offer payment plans with no interest.
