If you filed affidavit of support for her(and/or herparents), you are responsible to pay the government back if she receives means tested benefits. You are off the hook only if: 1, she dies; 2, she leaves the US; 3, she becomes a US citizen and 4, she earns 40 social security credits after 10 years working in the US.

If you were deported you are bared from returning to the US.  The length of that bar depends on why you were deported (I would have to see the actual deportation paperwork to answer your question).  Some bars have waivers and some do not.  If you are eligible for a waiver, you would likely have to show extreme hardship to a US citizen spouse or child to qualify.

A L-2 S has open-market employment and as long as the work is legal, is not precluded by federal immigration law from working on a W-2 and also beginning a startup LLC.
