Can my girlfriend come back to the US so we can get married?

You should probably wait a bit before inviting her back. Then once she is here, you should wait a couple of months before getting married. You should consult with an experienced immigration lawyer before making any plans to discuss the best timing of the events in question.

Can I travel internationally with a pending traffic ticket (classified as a misdemeanor) in Michigan?

Answered by attorney Alan Lee
Immigration lawyer at Alan Lee Arthur Lee, Attorneys at Law
It is probable that you will be able to renew your F-1 visa as your offense is a pending traffic ticket, but kindly note that the DS-160 visa application form asks whether you have ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime. You have not said whether you were arrested, but if not, your offense would not have to be disclosed unless you were directly asked about it during the visa renewal process. Due to the limitations of the Lawyers.com Forums, Alan Lee & Arthur Lee, Esqs.’ (the "Firm") participation in responding to questions posted herein does not constitute legal advice, nor legal representation of the person or entity posting a question. What is next after filing I-130 and how many forms do I need later to apply for my parent’s green card?

Alan Rodolfo Diamante

It depends if your parents live abroad or in the U.S. If they live abroad, most likely two other forms will be in order.
