How can I obtain a H1B visa if I have no degree?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Michael Alexander Yurasov-Lichtenberg (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Havens Lichtenberg PLLC
You cannot get an H-1B. However, there are other visa programs for people with your qualifications. Getting a visa in one of them requires selecting the visa category that your employer, details of your contract and career, and your qualifications fit most closely. The rules are rather arcane; approval rates are relatively low. So it would be a good idea to retain an immigration law attorney.

Can I travel to Hawaii while my green card application is submitted for a year now

Answered by attorney Lelia Adams
Immigration lawyer at Essien Immigration Law, PLLC
Generally, you can travel within the United States with a government issued identification document. Hawaii is an Island State of United States. You may want to seek assistance from an attorney to follow-up with USCIS on the status of your application.

Will I be fine if I print the airline letters of that trip on my expired passport and carry my current one and will I need anything else?

Answered by attorney Alena Shautsova
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Alena Shautsova
Usually, you need records for only 5 last years. And you should be OK even if you do not have that expired passport as long as you qualify for naturalization.
