Your situation is fact-sensitive but you have relief in the immigration laws. You should consult an attorney locally wherever you are and ask for self-petition procedures.

Can I resign from my current company and enter USA on H4 Visa?

Answered by attorney David H Nachman
Immigration lawyer at NPZ Law Group
If the H-4 stamp that you have is valid and you quit your job you can and should be able to enter on the H-4. Of course, this contemplates that you are married to an H-1B visa holder and that your spouse's status is bona fide and valid.

How much do I need to invest to pass the E2 Visa Proportionality test?

Answered by attorney David H Nachman
Immigration lawyer at NPZ Law Group
Thank you very much for your question. It is very difficult to answer since it is context-sensitive. For individuals who handle a great deal of these types of treaty investor visas, it is important to review all of the facts of the case and circumstances to fully be able to advise. If you would like to have our office review the information for the investment, we would be happy to do so as we do so for many of our clients on a routine basis.
