Is citizenship possible if I have two DUIs?

To be eligible for naturalization, you must be a person of good moral character (no arrests, convictions, probation, etc.) for at least 5 years immediately preceding the filing of your application, although immigration may look back further than 5 years if it reflects on your current moral character. I cannot comment on your particular case without knowing more facts. However, you do not need to disclose traffic violations on your application unless it lead to an arrest.

Can I still stay with an expired visa if it is dangerous for us to go back to our country and our F4 is not yet granted?

It sounds like you may have a valid asylum claim but this would need to be assessed in more detail than can be done on an online forum.

This happens a lot and I would not worry too much about it. Interviewing officers sometimes take time to make a final decision for a number of reasons, including, the size of your file, background checks not having been completed, etc. If you do not receive a decision within 90 days of your interview, make an infopass appointment with your local USCIS office and ask about the status of your case. You should be fine.
