I worked directly with Caroline Myrdek Guiles during my home-buying process, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Communication was consistently slow, and responses often took far longer than expected. Throughout the transaction, I felt that matters were handled at her pace rather than with the urgency or attention a client would reasonably expect during a real estate closing. This made an already stressful process even more frustrating. When the deal ultimately did not move forward, I was especially disappointed with the lack of advocacy. When I needed assistance recovering my security deposit, I did not feel supported or represented. I was advised to pursue the matter on my own through small claims court and informed that no further help would be provided unless additional fees were paid. Overall, I did not feel prioritized, protected, or adequately represented. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with Caroline Myrdek Guiles again.
