Hired Attorney

Mr. Davenport was recommended to me by a judge when I needed an attorney for a family member. He interviewed my family member in a kind, professional manner and provided appropriate guidance throughout the proceedings. Mr. Davenport is well respected in the courtroom and is respected by the judges. I highly recommend Matt Davenport.

Hired Attorney

I hired Mr. Davenport for my DUI and Marijuana charges and he got the DUI dropped by showing the judge how the highway patrol did their road checkpoint wrong, then he worked out a dismissal of my marijuana charge and is expunging all of them for me. If you get any charge in Greenville or ECU or Pitt County, Mr. Davenport is the right choice to help you!

Matthew Davenport is very straightforward and professional. From the very beginning he told me what I could be looking at. I had a case that was heavily against me. I had been charged with DWI hit and run. He thoroughly went through the evidence and fought for me until the end. The result was all charges dismissed. He rocked the courtroom. I had the biggest smile leaving and gave him several hugs. I highly recommend Mr. Davenport. Thank you Mr. Davenport again! You changed my life!
