Hired Attorney

Wharton Cole showed up at my mothers house when she was lying on her death bed. She was on morphine, so not of sound mind. He had her sign an extraordinarily long and locked in will, of which, he of course, was the trustee. I told this document to various lawyers, all of whom said he had made sure it was airtight. This will began when the two main beneficiaries were in their early thirties and ran until they reached the age of sixty! Should the beneficiaries have died before the age of sixty, their descendants would in turn have to wait until they reached the age of sixty! Mr. Cole gave himself ultimate authority. He was hostile and belligerent about said will, if he could be reached at all. He was invested in not changing anything since it was he who drew fees every year for decades! This is the second review, as the first one seems to have vanished. If you have to hide what you’re doing, you probably shouldn’t be doing it! Buyer beware! 😱
