I hired this firm after my insurance placed me at fault in a left turn accident. I was told by many attorney that they would not take my case. Pavel was able to convince my insurance that I was not at fault. I was very happy with his service and his very prompt communication. Great attorney and law office, the paralegals are all very friendly and informative. I dealt with Jessica, she helped me understand the process every step of the way. My insurance wanted to place me at fault until I hired this law firm and all of a sudden I was no Longer at fault. I was more than pleased with my settlement, would definitely recommend.

Mr. Sterin was very professional. He was always there to answer any of my question. I have dealt with attorneys in the past and it has always been impossible to get a hold of them. He helped me with my car accident case from start to finish. I was surprised with my settlement, it was much more than I expected.

Law Offices of Pavel Sterin was extremely efficient, cordial, and easy-to-deal-with in helping me handle two traffic tickets; both of which involved unfair citations by the officers. Pavel simplified the tedious processes in dealing with the courts and patiently explained things to me. I appreciate the time and work Pavel was able to provide. I contacted Paul regarding a question I had about a case I was involved in. He was quick to answer my call, and understood the law like the back of his hand. Another thing I really like about Paul's office was his staff, they were so nice! I hate being treated like I'm a number but Paul's people were friendly and courteous, even when I was frustrated. All in all, Paul is a bull-dog of an attorney when he's dealing with insurance companies. But when it comes to his clients he treats us w/ respect

Mr Sterin was always very responsive and personally got back to me and answered each question I had. Hired Attorney Pavel Sterin

I really wish I had not used this firm! It’s been over a year since my accident, going on 2 years but the insurance has paid and all the bills have been paid! The lady that answers the phone doesn’t have any kind of true customer satisfaction skills at all! She told me my claim is complete but then says that it takes time to make sure all is paid! There should not be a complete ID there’s still bills to pay! And my case manager is so non informational during this process! When I ask about my settlement I’m told that billing delivers checks 2-3 times a month and there’s been no deliveries this month! WOW! Wonder why this is? There are so many other injury firms, choose one of them not this one, you’ll be disappointed!
