Autumn was by my side the whole step of the way throughout getting my separation. She thought of things I never would have thought about during my process, so it saved me a lot of pain and aggravation down the road. You can really tell she does her job very thoroughly and cares about the wellbeing of her clients.
I’ll give her and her firm the benefit of the doubt that it was a bad fit. However, I did not have a good experience. Nickeled and dimmed on charges. Rude on several occasions for just asking questions.
Untrustworthy. Unethical billing practices. Autumn and her team gave no transparency about the work they did at cost to me. I received my bill for twice the trust I had paid in one month at no notice to me. They listened to recordings I stored for safekeeping only. They denied any wrongdoing, claiming they didn’t understand my statement as storage only. In their defense, they say they were perplexed at the amount of information I uploaded - yet said nothing to me as a client and spent $13545 time of work on it. They only waived half of the fee because I was a new client. A simple email asking for clarification of what all my extra information I stored was would have been the ethical and prudent choice. Absolutely no moral regard to look out for their client’s well being. Staff was also out of office most of that month I was billed for in court and on multiple personal leaves. Any reader can see it is lack of professional advice at fault. Don't let them take your money.
