Can I move to another state if I have a DUI that I haven't completed classes for in the state that I currently reside?

You may get the DMV to drop the action. It would require you to move out of the state for over 3 years. If you come back before the 3 years are over, your license suspension will go into effect again. I have no idea what NC will require to get your license.

He can and, considering the new charges, most likely will. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced criminal defense attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

If that is the attorney's fee I can't tell you contact him or her.? You should have terms of probation if you have plead guilty ask the lawyer for those terms and conditions.
