Not unless a motion to revoke probation has been filed. You better get down there immediately and get caught up immediately to lessen the chance they file a motion to revoke on you.

Hallucinations on police body cam after unknown substance was taken

Answered by attorney Tristan Nicolas Legrande
DUI/DWI lawyer at LeGrande Law
If you were driving, and the blood labs come back with a controlled substance in your system, you could be charged with DWI. If that happens, feel free to contact me directly to discuss representation. I only do criminal defense. If you want to sue the police officer for assault, you would need to contact a civil attorney. Be prepared to pay the civil attorney a retainer fee and an hourly rate. Tristan LeGrande 281-684-3500 tristan@legrandelaw.com

Is it possible to have my classes/community service transferred to another state?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
DUI/DWI lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
I don't know CA law, but ask your probation officer if you can transfer it. Otherwise I can't legally tell you to go to Texas. You need permission.
