If I have a 1st offense DUI and blew a .27 will I go to jail or can I just pay fines?

Answered by attorney Christopher L Jackson
DUI/DWI lawyer at Law Offices of Christopher L. Jackson, LLC
Any breath test over a .15 calls for at least 4 days in jail You need to hire a lawyer and probably do some alcohol treatment before your next court date.

Can probation be transferred to another state? How?

DUI/DWI lawyer at Francis John Cowhig
Under rare circumstances, probation s can be transferred between states, but you need the permission of the court. It would be best to hire an attorney in Alabama to see whether or not a transfer is possible and to handle the paperwork.

Why should I have to do 2 sets of classes for the same DUI and why is California requiring classes for a DUI in another state?

It depends on OR dui laws. CA can require dui classes if you did not take similar classes in OR. The DMV does not get any money only the program.
