If the officer didn't see me drive can he arrest me for DUI?

Answered by attorney Philip Daniel Hache
DUI/DWI lawyer at Law Offices of Phil Hache
If there is no driving, then it sounds like a good case to fight with me. You should speak to a DUI attorney about your case in more detail. Sounds like you already did some investigative work on your own, but there is a lot more work to do on cases like this.

Is there anything I can do to overturn a guilty DUI verdict?

Answered by attorney Paul David Stanko
DUI/DWI lawyer at Paul Stanko
After a jury trial, guilty verdict, and sentencing, you have just 30 days to file a Notice of Appeal with the trial court. After that, your only recourse is post-conviction relief. Either way, jury verdicts are rarely overturned, as the Court of Appeals will not reweigh the evidence. You should consult with an attorney familiar with the appellate process immediately to determine what, if any, options you have.

What if I was arrested for a DUI by an officer in training?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
You are arrested, and most probably will be charged. Engage an attorney and do not speak with anyone, especially the authorities, until you have received counsel.
