Do you need to? NO. When they run your history, which will include an Interpol request, the company will see it. Then you will either be fired for lying, or no one will care because you are doing such a great job.

Is this your private attorney that you did not give your new number? How is it not your fault for failing to provide the attorney with the new number. When you contact the DA, he/she will tell you to come on in, so you can be arrested, and resolve your case from a jail cell.
