Were you arrested for DUI? If so, .21 is extraordinarily high and you should hope to avoid jail. I suggest you retain a good criminal defense lawyer who knows how to handle a DUI case. I am a former federal and State prosecutor and now handle these cases on the defense side.

Just because the cops said that does not make him correct. The district attorney has the final say on the charges and ungraded.
