Can I be charged with DUI if I had a beer 2 hours before driving?

Yes you can be charged. DUI cases are very complicated cases and the consequences of a conviction are substantial. I would strongly encourage you to retain an attorney.

Will I be arrested when I go to court?

Will I go to jail at my arraignment?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
Not at the arraignment, but probably at the next hearing, especially if you have no attorney. You are representing yourself, but do not know what will happen at arraignment. Not good.
