Sometimes if the "significant other" is a drug addict, an undesirable person, etc. its relatively easy If she just wants to because she wants to.. probably not as long as you do not agree to it in an order.

Do I have 30 or 60 days to respond to a judgement?

You have 30 days from the day you were served to file your response. You should consult with an experienced family law attorney in your area to discuss your case, assuming that it pertains to a dissolution of marriage action.

Do I need to refile for divorce?

Louis M. Clothier
Answered by attorney Louis M. Clothier (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Clothier Law
If the case has not been dismissed, you should be able to proceed with or without an attorney to seek a final divorce. To proceed without an attorney you need only send a letter asking your attorney to withdraw as "counsel of record" and send a copy to the Judge. Then you can file whatever papers you believe will accomplish your purpose. This is no assurance you will accomplish your purposes, however. It would be much wiser for you to engage the services of an experienced family law attorney. Ben Franklin reportedly gave the following sage advice: "Do not be penny wise and pound foolish."
