You need $ for an attorney to help. If married less than 5 years, no real estate, no children check out the forms on summary divorce.

Is there a way to enforce our divorce agreement? How?

Go back to court and ask them to enforce the Judgment. Sometimes, just serving her with your papers and notice of a court date (also requesting she pay your attorney fees) will motivate her to do something.

If I move out of the marital home, until a settlement can be reached, do I lose my rights to it?

Answered by attorney Robert Jason De Groot (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at R. Jason de Groot, P.A.
No, you will not lose your rights to the marital home if you move out. But there are many more issues in a divorce which need to be either resolved by the parties or the court. You do need to retain an attorney because without one, you can get trampled upon.
