My daughter is 18.5 and is having baby do I still have to pay child support?

It all depends on what your divorce decree says. Standard provisions in Texas say you have to pay to the later of age 18 or high school graduation, provided the child stays in school.

You can retain the serivces of an attorney to handle your divorce in Georgia. An experienced attorney would know how to proceed with filing your divorce in the County in which you reside. And your divorce could be finalized in a fairly short period of time. Consult an experienced attorney on this matter.

Can I get a divorce but keep my house with a settlement to my husband if and whenever I sell?

The house will be part of the divorce settlement. It is possible to work out a resolution that protects this asset. Consult with an attorney to discuss this issue further.
