Can a court force the method of communication

Sherri A. Murgallis
Answered by attorney Sherri A. Murgallis (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Murgallis Law Firm, LLC
Yes, the Court can mandate parents use Talking Parents for communication.  It can also specify a time frame within which communication must be answered.  If the Court does include such provisions in an Order, failure to abide by the Order could result in contempt of Court.   Sherri Murgallis Murgallis Law Firm, LLC 303-444-4353

What should I do to ensure that my ex-husband will pay me for the house?

I assume you are part owner and on the title.. Do NOT sign over title. If you are not on the title, have him file a mortgage on it in your favor (requires his signature), or file a claim of interest against the title to the house In either case make sure its in the final judgment that he owes you the money and payment terms.

Is it possible for me to get custody of my daughter or will she get it and I have to pay child support?

Richard B. Jacobson
Answered by attorney Richard B. Jacobson (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Richard B. Jacobson Associates, LLC
I think you should discuss the matter with your local representative of JAG. I cannot tell whether German law applies, or some federal or military-law rule governs. Good Luck.
