If she is a full time high school student, then yes, until age 19 or she graduates (whichever comes first). If she has already graduated or has stopped going to high school full time, then your obligation terminates.

Is it possible to annul a marriage if both parties are in agreement with the process?

Anthony O. Van Johnson
Answered by attorney Anthony O. Van Johnson (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Anthony Overton Van Johnson Associates, P.C.
You must have acceptable grounds to annul a marriage. The fact that both parties desire an annulment is irrelevant. You must file the proper documentation and include the grounds for which you are seeking an annulment. The court then will make a decision whether or not you have provided sufficient grounds and evidence. Otherwise, the court will require that the annulment be converted to a divorce action.

If me and my husband divorce do I have the right to get half the value of the house as her ex-wife did?

Answered by attorney Ryan Anthony Maesen (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Ryan Maesen PLC
The marital estate will be "equitably" divided, meaning more or less, half and half. But the house is only one asset. It's division can depend on other property you guys own.
