Can I still receive my alimony if I move out of the country and cohabitate with another man?

Alimony is based on a number of factors including need and ability to pay. You are presumed to have a reduced need if you cohabit with someone. So its up to a judge whether youd get any alimony.

Should wife pay half of my attorney fees if not contesting and wants me to handle it all? We were married 2 months.

If this is a summary dissolution, you need to agree. If there is a dispute you cannot use the summary dissolution forms. It may be best to agree and save the money for lawyers fees. If this is not a summary dissolution and you are only fighting over fees, how many at $300 per hour for a lawyer, plus costs , is it worth to you to fight this out in court.

Can my husband keep me from entering our house?

Answered by attorney Mark T. Peters (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Peters Law, PLLC
You don't have a key? You have the right to possession just as much as he does. But legally, you could always sue to get back in or, probably better, file for divorce and take your half of the house.
