My filipina wife lives in New York. I live in Florida. I want to divorce her. She is going to the Philippines soon. She will not agree to the divorce.

The optimal time to serve your wife with the divorce is before she leaves the country. She will be required to answer the Petition for Dissolution within twenty days. If she does not answer the petition, the Court can later file a default.

Is the additional retirement assets discovered after the divorce was finalized covered by my divorce agreement, and should it be split 50/50?

It depends how it is written...did it say all retirement accounts, did it list them individually. If it said all, they should be divided 50/50. If it wasn't listed, you need to file a motion to modify judgment. You could end up with the entire thing as a penalty for his non-disclosure.

How do I stop my soon to be ex-husband from spending marital money and stop him from sending harassing/abusive emails?

Perhaps you need to make a motion to enforce stating all these things as grounds, or perhaps you need to hire an attorney for this.
