From the very first phone call I felt I was heard and given honest, straight forward explanations. Cara was exceptional in providing insight that I lacked from so many other firms. She didnt sell me on a false pretense to get my money, instead she gave me the facts and then explained all the various scenarios that are possible, in a caring and compassionate way she made me feel at ease. My case was handled professionally and I was kept well informed at all times. And, We WON!
Very courteous and professionals.I had a really good experience and most definitely recommend mr.peugh for legal purposes.☺️ is am really thankful for all his help and very satisfied with the results.
My family recently enlisted the juvenile law services of Mr. Peugh for our teen. If you are currently dealing with a juvenile law situation, you know how confusing, scary, and emotional it can be. Dan Peugh has the knowledge, skill, and compassion to help your family navigate these unknowns. With Mr. Peugh representing our child, we felt confident, knowledgeable, and safe, and his expertise in the field meant that all we had to do with sit back and follow instructions. I would confidently recommend Dan Peugh to anyone and everyone!
Highly recommend Dan to handle any DWI case. He helped me through a very stressful time and always kept me updated through the process. He is very knowledgeable regarding DWI’s in Denton County. His paralegal Cara is great as well. I always felt like they were both there for me and genuinely cared to help me get through this. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again if needed but I hope I don’t need to!
Daniel Peugh did a great job on my case! Super knowledgeable about DUI’s and I’m so grateful for all his and his paralegal Cara’s help! They were both super helpful and answered all of my questions.
You guys are fantastic and Cara is an excellent team member as well. I hope I never get into anymore trouble until my last dying breath however if anything happens you guys are always my go to and I'll always refer to you guys.
Could not recommend more highly. His staff are extremely professional and could not be more patient and understanding. Successful outcome and very grateful.
Dan has proven to be a thorough attorney that leaves no stone unturned. Was always available and quick to respond to texts and emails. The only thing lacking was face to face consultation in his office. Other than that, Dan was quick to respond when we had a question. I’m not aware of everything Dan did behind the scenes while dealing with the opposing attorney but in the end, the outcome was favorable considering the circumstances. I would hire Dan again and recommend his services.
Worked with this lawyer on a family case, he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The clients were older and it was their first time in the courts system. Mr. Peugh was very willing and glad to take their money, running up a total of $5,000, however did not have the same attitude when said clients asked for clarification on court processes, help with what steps to take during the processes, etc. Mr. Peugh seemed to have an attitude in email correspondences, and that’s when he actually responded himself and not through his assistant Cara. Although Cara relayed his attitude very well. Mr.Peugh is highly rated across the board, which is why they chose him, however they now realize that most of his negative reviews could’ve been taken down by the law firm itself. Save yourself money, time, and a court case by going to anyone else.
