I hired Susan W. Tolbert after getting hit by a DUI. In the ten months of the lawsuit I spoke with her TWICE. I mostly dealt with her rude, disrespectful, lazy, case manager Jennifer Morris. When I complained about the case manager, Susan said, "She's my best worker....." which was pretty scary but I had already invested 6 months with them and didn't want to start over. They didn't get ANY MRIs, X-rays, ANYTHING from my medical history that would have proven physical damage done. I did that myself which is the ONLY reason why I won my case. I was FORCED to go to doctors under contract with them ie. AdvantaCare instead of using my own healthcare so even though I won $100,000.00 They took $49,000.00. They tried to tell me that medical bills totaled $34,000.00 which can't be right because I had NO surgery, NO ambulance, NO hospital time just chiropractor visits and steroid injections. THEY LIE!!!!! I don NOT recommended this group. "For the People" NOPE....NOT TRUE!!!
