How do I obtain a list of anything my attorney has submitted to the courts in my felony case?

You can always go to the courthouse where your file is being held and ask to see the complete file.  You can ask for copies of any documents in the file.  There will probably be a charge of about $1.00 per page.  You should have been receiving copies of everything your attorney filed in your case - you can ask him/her for those copies if he/she has not provided them to you already.

How to get something expunged or sealed?

Joshua Ussama Aldabbagh
Answered by attorney Joshua Ussama Aldabbagh (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Boley Aldabbagh Ltd.
A misdemeanor can be sealed after two years from the close of the case. Your record appears to be eligible for sealing; you should contact an attorney and proceed with the record sealing. Upon the sealing of a person's records, it is the same as if the proceedings never occurred. You may answer accordingly to any inquiry about criminal history, including in job applications.

You might be able to appeal if there was reversible error. You will need a complete transcript of the tiral, and will have to consult with an appellate attorney.
