A conviction suspends your driver's license for two years. Take the first offender program, but know exactly what the punishment will be beforehand. The other option is to take the case to trial.

Will I go to jail if I was driving without a license with a licensed driver in the car and I am bipolar?

It's not likely that you will go to jail. You need to hire a traffic law attorney to represent you. It doesn't matter at all that you had a licensed driver in the car with you. Your attorney can get this ticket amended to a lesser offense but only if you are able to get a valid driver's license.

Your question will be answered by the terms and conditions of your bond, if there are any. If you did not have to post a bond the court may have simply allowed you out on a personal bond, and may have mentioned to you it's restrictions.
