Is this enough evidence against me?

Do not talk to them. If they have enough evidence they will charge you with the crime. If they don't have the evidence you will only give them more evidence (They will twist your statement so that it turns into a confession). Tell them on advice of counsel you refuse to talk to them or just do not call them back.

How do I turn myself in or pay back the money ($9000)?

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. First of all, you probably will end up losing your job. You can also be charged with felony theft.

Can I work as a caregiver if my burglary charge was expunged last September?

If you need to be licensed probably not. If you are asked if you have been convicted of a felony you can say no if, and only if, the conviction was reduced by the court to a misdemeanor.
