If you have asked for an attorney and they keep questioning you they cannot use any incriminating evidence from your statement. However, proving that they kept questioning you after giving a Miranda warning will not be easy.

If you pay the fine, you are pleading guilty to a drug possession conviction, which will remain on your permanent criminal record forever and will prevent you from getting a decent job, renting an apartment, getting a loan, or getting into college. Hire an attorney to represent you on the drug charges. If you have no prior convictions, your attorney can probably negotiate a plea bargain with the prosecuting attorney to get the drug charge reduced to a lesser offense. If you have prior convictions, then you may be able to get an SIS (suspended imposition of sentence) and probation.
