What can I do if I have a warrant that I want to get a waiver or get it lifted, I have the money I just don’t want to go to jail?

It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. For instance, what is the warrant for? I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced criminal defense attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

Is a warrant legal in California without an arrest?

Answered by attorney Michael Maltby (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Michael Maltby, Attorney at Law
Arrest warrants are issued all the time. You do not need an arrest to make that happen, that is what the warrant is for. Warrants can be issued based on probable cause that a crime has been committed. They are issued by the court if service by summons is not feasible or if it has been tried and there has been no response by the accused party.

We will find out. IF the prosecutor is better than your attorney, yes you can be convicted. IF your attorney is better than the prosecutor, then maybe you will beat it.
